Q: How long is the offer available? Do I get a discount if I register for an account?
A: Offer is valid for new BigRentz customers signing up. By signing up through our BigRentz x Field Nation landing page, a 10% discount off already discounted national market rates will automatically apply to your orders for all future equipment rentals booked through BigRentz. Note: 10% discount is on the equipment unit rate.
Q: Can I still get the discount if I don’t sign up for the program?
A: No, all new customers must register for the program via the form on the landing page to receive a discount on their future orders. Registration includes: first name, last name, company, email – then “hit” unlock your discount. BigRentz will then create an account on the back-end with the 10% discount applied to the customer account for future orders.
Q: What happens after my registration form is submitted?
A: Expect to receive an email from BigRentz confirming information from the submitted form has been received and your discount has been applied to your account. Q: Does the discount only apply to orders placed online?
A: No, your discount rate will apply to all orders placed under your registered account – online, via phone, or email.
Q: How does BigRentz pricing compare to other equipment rental providers?
A: In general, BigRentz customers get 5-12% off national market rates, determined by calculating the median price from a sample of our nationwide suppliers. Prices vary by market and are based on availability for a particular item.
Our website prices generally reflect a lead time of seven days for delivery; prices will be higher for urgent or last-minute deliveries. We always do our best to offer the lowest price available in every market. Please contact your Rental Expert for a quote.
Q: Where is BigRentz located?
A: BigRentz’ network is nationwide, servicing jobsites across the United States, with our corporate headquarters located in Irvine, California.
Q: Can I get a rental delivery tomorrow?
A: Yes, in most cases we are able to deliver the equipment the next day. Please do keep in mind that early morning delivery times fill up quickly and may not be available. In some cases, if the equipment is available, and trucks are available, we can deliver on the same day. If necessary, an outside hauler may be used, but normal delivery rates do not apply.
Q: How long is each rental period?
A: One Day Rental = One (1) 8-hour shift over a 24-hour period
One Week Rental = Five (5) 8-hour shifts over a seven-day period
One Month Rental = Twenty (20) 8-hour shifts over a 28-day period
