One purchase on BigRentz platform Promotion applicable for material purchases and receivable advances consummated between November 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024 (the "Promotional Period"). For the purposes of this promotion, the word “consummated” shall mean that both Billd and its eligible customer have executed satisfactory purchase documentation relating to the transaction(s), and Billd has disbursed funds corresponding to such transaction(s).
Eligible customers are those who have previously been approved by and consummated a purchase with Billd and have accepted the terms and conditions applicable to the promotion.
Customers who consummated transactions totaling $25,000 or more during the Promotional Period will be eligible for one (1) purchase on BigRentz platform. Except as stated herein, the promotion is not otherwise redeemable for cash, other consideration, or any other thing of value.
BigRentz purchase fee will be reimbursed directly by Billd to eligible customers who have satisfied the conditions for redeeming the promotion within 30 business days of March 31, 2024. Redemption of this promotion is conditioned upon the customer’s prior submission of a redemption form in form and substance satisfactory to Billd. Customers must submit the redemption form by April 30, 2024.
Customer’s eligibility to redeem the promotion is also subject to all BigRentz terms and conditions applicable to product licensing.
One (1) promotion per eligible customer. Promotion is non-transferable and non-assignable. Customers can not stack promotions, cash back, or rebate offers.
Billd and its affiliates are not affiliated with BigRentz, and this promotion shall not be construed as implying or imposing a joint venture, partnership, or any other special relationship between Billd and its affiliates, on the one hand, and BigRentz and its affiliates, on the other hand.
Disqualifier: If you or anyone which you direct to act on your behalf takes any action to circumvent these terms and conditions you may be deemed ineligible to participate in the promotion at the sole discretion of Billd.
Billd reserves the right within its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion for any reason including without limitation fraud or other causes beyond Billd’s control.
