Sign up today for The BIG Rewards Club™ and each dollar you spend with BigRentz will be applied to your account, while increasing your eligibility to move up into the next tier.

Invite-only members who reach the BIGGER and BIGGEST Rewards levels unlock 15% to 22% off market book rates on all future rentals – exclusive to customers who spend a minimum of $25,000 on rentals in a calendar year.

Sign up is free. There’s no downside to joining the club – it’s as easy as confirming your participation to start taking advantage of the benefits. Once you have reached $25,000, there is nothing for you to do and no points to keep track of. You will automatically see the discounted price on your next rental.

FAQ's

Q: How can I join your rewards club?
A: The BIG Rewards Club™ pilot is invite-only, exclusive to all BigRentz customers who receive an invite to register. Once you sign up as a member, you can unlock different levels of benefits based on the tier you fall under. The program will be open to all customers soon.

Q: How many tiers are there?
A: There are three tier levels – Big, Bigger, and Biggest. Once you join, each dollar you spend with BigRentz will be applied to your account and increase your eligibility to move up into the next tier.

Q: How will I know when I reach a new tier?
A: Once a new tier level is reached, you will receive an email notifying you of the new benefits applied to your account. A summary of your current YTD spend can be provided upon request.

Q: Does the discount apply indefinitely?
A: No, Bigger and Biggest eligibility will be based on a calendar year. As a member, you will maintain Bigger or Biggest rewards level for the remainder of the calendar in which the status was earned and for the entire calendar year immediately following. To continue receiving Bigger or Biggest tier benefits, each member must re-qualify each calendar year.

Q: Can I still get the discount if I don’t sign up for the program?
A: No, all customers must register for the program to receive the discount on their orders.

Q: Does the discount only apply to orders placed online?
A: No, your discount rate will apply to all orders placed under your registered account – online, via phone, or email.

Q: Can I get contract rates rather than a discount?
A: Members qualified for Biggest rewards level are eligible for contract pricing. If your company spends over $100,000 annually on rentals, we can introduce you to an Account Manager to discuss tailored pricing and solutions to best meet your company’s rental needs.

Q: How does the discount compare to normal pricing?
A: General customers get 5-12% off national market rates. Rewards club members can get up to 22% off national market rates based on their tier level.

Terms & Conditions

The Big Rewards Club (“Program”) is a rewards program offered by BigRentz, Inc. (“BigRentz”) designed to reward and recognize BigRentz’s customers. By participating in the Program, you (“you” or “Member”) consent to these Big Rewards Club terms and conditions (“Program Rules”). You acknowledge and agree that (1) you have read and accepted the Program Rules; (2) BigRentz reserves the right to amend or terminate the Program and/or Program Rules at any time with or without notice; and (3) BigRentz may delay, adjust or terminate membership or benefits at any time and without notice at its sole discretion for any suspected fraud, misrepresentation, violation of Program Rules or the BigRentz Rental Agreement or for any other reason.

Membership Details

As a Member of the Program, you may receive discounts, exclusive offers and other benefits based off of your annual qualifying spend (“Qualifying Spend”) during each calendar year (January 1 to December 31). Qualifying Spend is defined as your invoiced sales less any taxes, credits/returns and damages for the given period. When your Qualifying Spend reaches eligibility for a new tier, you can begin enjoying the additional benefits of that tier earned during: (i) the calendar year in which you qualify; and (ii) the next full calendar year following. To continue receiving tier benefits, your Qualifying Spend must re-qualify each calendar year. Once a Member’s Qualifying Spend qualifies for Bigger or Biggest tiers, Member will be notified of qualification via electronic communication and BigRentz will automatically apply the tier benefits to the Member’s account within 30 days of qualification as long as the order(s) were placed under the BigRentz account that was opted into the Program and the Member’s account is in compliance with the Program Rules and terms of the BigRentz Rental Agreement. Tiers are as follows:

Bigger: 15% off National Market Book Rates

Additional Program Rules and Regulations

By participating in the Program and providing us with this information, you agree that we may use your information to administer your participation in the Program, to send you electronic records, for marketing purposes and as otherwise described in the BigRentz privacy policy. Any and all matters arising out of or relating to the Program Rules and/or the subject matter hereof shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and, to the extent not preempted by Federal law, the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles, regardless of the legal theory upon which such matter is asserted. You and BigRentz consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts within Orange County, California. You and BigRentz also agree to litigate any disputes between or involving you and us exclusively in the state and federal courts within Orange County, California. You agree that any cause of action arising out of and/or relating to this program must be commenced within two (2) years after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

NO TRIAL BY JURY: YOU WAIVE A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING BETWEEN YOU AND BIGRENTZ ARISING OUT OF AND/OR RELATING TO THIS PROGRAM.

NO CLASS ACTIONS: YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PURSUE DISPUTES ON A CLASSWIDE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT NO CLAIM OR DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF AND/OR RELATING TO THIS PROGRAM MAY BE JOINED WITH A CLAIM OR DISPUTE OF ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, AND YOU MAY NOT ASSERT A CLAIM IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF ANYONE ELSE IN ANY LAWSUIT OR OTHER LEGAL PROCEEDING.
