How do I set up my online portal account?
For new customers, your online portal account will be created during the online checkout process. Once your initial order has been processed, you will be provided with a link to start managing your rentals inside your portal account.
You can also log into your account using the Log In button in the top right corner of the website.
Where can I view and manage the equipment contracts I currently have on rent?
All of your contracts on rent can be viewed by navigating to the On Rent page inside your portal.
Here, you can click into a contract to view the rental details, extend, terminate, or report an issue.
How can I terminate or extend equipment contracts I currently have on rent?
From the On Rent tab, you can click into a contract to view the rental details, extend, terminate, or report an issue.
How can I view all my quotes, scheduled reservations, and on rent contracts specific to a jobsite?
For a consolidated view of your rental activity on a specific jobsite, visit the Jobsites page to select the job. From there, you can use the tabs to navigate between Quotes, Reservations, and Contracts.
Where can I report an issue with my rental?
From the On Rent tab, you can click into a contract to view the rental details, extend, terminate, or report an issue.
Can I terminate or extend multiple contracts at once?
Yes, by clicking into a specific jobsite, you can view all related contracts and select one or more to extend or terminate together.
How can I make changes to my scheduled reservations?
This online feature is coming soon! In the meantime, please contact customercare@bigrentz.com or 855-999-LIFT if you need to make changes to your reservations.
Where can I download my invoices?
You can download an invoice as a PDF directly from the invoice details page by clicking the View PDF button.
