10 Yard Dumpster Rental

The 10 yard dumpster rental price includes:

• Up to 1 ton of waste
• 7 days of rent
• Delivery and pickup

Dirt and/or Concrete Disposal: Disposal of dirt and concrete is only allowed if arranged at the time of requesting your dumpster – if you have not done so and have the need for disposal of such material, please contact us to make proper arrangements or request to remove materials from dumpster prior to pickup/additional fees may be incurred.

Overweight and Extra Charges:

• For weight in excess of the weight included in the price of your dumpster, an additional fee of $95 per ton will be charged.
• For additional rental days beyond days included, an additional $20 per day will be charged.
• Any e-waste, large furniture, and appliances dumped into the dumpsters (eg., mattresses, fridges, sofas, etc.) will be charged on a per-item basis.

Hazardous Materials: Hazardous materials are prohibited in our dumpsters. If found, you will be responsible for any charges, fines or damages related to the disposal of these materials. Example of these materials include but are not limited to: aerosol cans, ammunition, antifreeze, batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, Freon, gasoline, household cleaning products, motor oil, paint, paint cans and paint thinner, pesticides and fertilizers, pharmaceuticals and biomedical waste, propane tanks, refrigerators and freezers, stains and varnish and tires.

The 10 cubic yard 1 ton max construction dumpster is perfect for small-scale construction or maintenance clean up jobs. The construction dumpster, or roll-off dumpster, gets its name from its unique design. Special wheels underneath the dumpster streamline loading and unloading the dumpster from roll-off truck beds. Its open top makes it easier for teams to dispose of waste, and is recommended for maintenance teams and construction crews.
