With close to a decade of operations, sales, and strategy experience I have a unique perspective of how important it is for all departments in a company to work together to accomplish their goals.
Operations - manage a team of 50 plus employees both domestic and international. Responsible for the training and completions of SOPs to become ISP 9000 certified. Orchestrated and implemented outsourcing to an oversees BPO partner to increase operation efficiencies and margins.
Sales - manage a sales team with a sales budget. Most of the focus is on new customer conversion.
Strategy - Oversaw the creation and expansion of partner networks. Created additional streams of revenue through geographical and categorical expansion.
Construction is a passion of mine, because it is part of the backbone that has helped shape America. People in construction are responsible for our building schools, hospitals, sports venues, and so much more. Having an opportunity to work with these individuals is one of the most fulfilling parts of my job.
