BigRentz, the nation’s largest equipment rental network, announced that Tom Belmont has been appointed Chief Operating Officer reporting to Scott Cannon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Belmont brings over 30 years of experience to BigRentz with areas of expertise in Operations, Quality, Business Development, Strategy, Integrations, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Belmont will be responsible for the alignment and prioritization of company investments and ensuring operational excellence across the company. Belmont comes to BigRentz from MNX Global Logistics where he and Cannon previously worked together.

Belmont has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Legal from St. John’s University, New York.
